Hello, I am Dr. Werleman. I was born in Holland and raised on the Dutch island of Aruba. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992 from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious dental institution. I completed residency at York Hospital in 1993, then went on to provide 2 years of community and public health service at Southeast Lancaster Health Services before founding Dr. Werleman & Associates in 1995. Since that time, my team and I have continued to advance our education and training in the latest techniques and technologies and we are committed to providing outstanding dental care to every patient.
In order to provide more comprehensive care to my patients, I have completed a mini-residency training in Dental Sleep Medicine at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. The curriculum covered all aspects of treatments dentists can provide for patients with obstructive sleep apnea and TMJ disorders.
Additionally, I am a participating member in several professional associations, including:
- American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD)
- American Dental Association (ADA)
- Pennsylvania Dental Association
- Hanover/Gettysburg Dental Society
- American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM)
- American Academy of Craniofacial Pain
- CEREC Doctors
